- Set SMART goals (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timely)
- Invite accountability partners (coaches, family, friends)
- KISS – Keep It Super Simple (Utilize pre-made/measured ingredients and products where possible)
- Celebrate even small victories (just not with unhealthy food or alcohol)
