This Ab and Glute workout is an approximately 23-minute, two-round circuit workout. Fitters can choose various progressions, or regressions, depending upon thier fitness level. For example, as a regression, the planked ball climbers and leg lifts could be completed from the floor, or even from the bench (elevated without instability) instead of atop the stability ball.
