Join Coach Mick, CPT CNC for this intermediate level, 30 minute HIIT workout, filmed at Studio 87 Yoga. Benefit from this full-body workout without weights to improve your cardio-respiratory fitness, stability and strength. HIIT stands for High Intensity (low impact) Interval Training, and includes exercises consisting of calisthenics and body-weight, or light resistence exercises completed while in motion for the entirety of the workout, with rest periods between groups of exercises in order to lower heart rate.
